Prints are the photos your family actually looked at, which is exactly why they're creased, faded, and stuck in albums. Scanning puts every one of them somewhere fire, flood, and time can't reach, and makes sharing them as easy as a text.

Why now
What time does to photo prints
Fading, even in the album
Color prints fade even in a closed album. The dyes simply age, and light speeds it up.
'Magnetic' pages bite
Older 'magnetic' album pages hold prints with an adhesive that yellows them and eventually refuses to let go.
One flood is all it takes
A single basement leak or house fire can erase a family's entire printed history at once. Digital copies make that impossible.

Worth knowing before you drop off
- Don't peel stuck photos out of magnetic albums by force. Bring the album; careful removal is part of the craft.
- Pencil names and dates on the back lightly, near the edge, never ballpoint in the middle.
- Damaged treasures aren't lost. Scratches, spots, and tears can be digitally restored, and black-and-white photos can be colorized.
Quick answers
Can you restore a damaged or faded photo?
Yes. We digitally remove scratches and spots, enhance color, and can colorize black-and-white photos. Restoration is quoted per photo depending on condition.
Do I have to take my photos out of the albums?
No, bring them as they are. Loose boxes, albums, and frames are all welcome, and everything comes back to you along with the files.
