It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
No shipping labels, no out-of-state processing centers, no waiting by the mailbox. Just a friendly local studio and a quick round trip.

Contact us
Call or text (907) 240-2739, or email info@forget-me-not-media.com, for a quote, pricing, or an appointment. You'll also choose how you'd like the completed order: a USB thumb drive (bring your own or we can provide one), a digital download link emailed to you, or a custom CD/DVD.

Drop off your media
Bring it to our studio in downtown Anchorage. If you'd like to hand it over in person, please make an appointment. If not, we have a secure drop-box outside the studio door where you can deposit your media any time. Include your name and contact info, and keep the items together in a bag or box.

We'll contact you
You'll get an email or text with an invoice when the work is done. Then make an appointment to pick up your completed order along with all your original media. Pay on receipt of the invoice or at pick-up.
Finding us
Downtown Anchorage, on U Street.
The studio is at 1224 U St., Anchorage, AK 99501-4240. Look for the address plaque on the birch tree. Hand your media over in person by appointment, or use the secure drop-box outside the studio door any time.

Every original comes back to you along with the digital copies, in whichever form you chose:
USB thumb drive
Sized to fit the whole order ($11–$44 by capacity), or bring your own. Easy to copy, share, and back up.
Download link
A temporary one-month cloud link emailed to you, handy for sharing with family out of state. $15 for every 15 GB — temporary (1 month) cloud link to your digital media
DVD or CD
$15 per disc; a DVD can fit 2 hours of video, and a CD 75 minutes of audio; each tape will be put on a separate DVD/CD
