Forget-Me-Not Media ("we") runs this website. This page says what information we collect, why we collect it, and who sees it, in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

What we collect

• What you send us: when you use our contact form, or call, text, or email us, we receive what you share — typically your name, email, phone number, and a description of your media.
• Your media itself: when you drop off tapes, film, photos, or audio for transfer, we handle that material solely to complete your order. We don't publish, share, or keep copies of your personal recordings beyond what's needed to deliver your order.
• Basic, anonymous usage data: if analytics run on this site, they are privacy-respecting (cookieless) and do not identify you personally.

What we DON'T do

• We don't sell or rent your information. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't run advertising trackers or social-media pixels on this site.
• We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly asked for it.

Who we share information with

Only the services needed to do the thing you asked for:

• Our email delivery service relays contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Payment processors (e.g. PayPal or Venmo, if you choose to pay that way) handle your payment on their own systems — we never see or store card numbers.

How long we keep it

Messages and order records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and meet tax and accounting obligations, then deleted. Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
